Gabe Gaertner

APRN-Rx, PMHNP

Board Certified Psychiatric Provider

I practice Positive Psychiatry, combining traditional psychiatry and medication management together with a focus on resilience, self-compassion and mindfulness. Research has shown this approach to yield better physical and mental outcomes. I will meet you where you are and we will work together. My goal is not for you to become dependent on me, but rather to build on your own inner resilience and strength.

I believe in the power of shared decision-making and view mental health care as a partnership. I work with individuals using a combination of medication management and cognitive behavioral therapy to develop tailored strategies that support meaningful and lasting improvement in their mental health.

I diagnose and treat conditions across the full spectrum of mental health. I have a special clinical interest in balancing treatment in co-occurring conditions, such as the intersection of ADHD and bipolar disorder.  My goal is to provide careful, collaborative care that effectively addresses executive dysfunction without compromising mood stability.

I know it takes courage to reach out for help. To anyone reading this, I’m rooting for you and your success. The odds are you have been facing life’s challenges in one way or another. When the time feels right, I am here to help.

Dulce Mae Manguba – Medical Management Coordinator/Medical Assistant

With over 23 years of experience in the medical field, my career has been rooted in a deep passion for helping others navigate their health journeys. After graduating from Bryman College in Los Angeles, I dedicated my life to becoming a steadfast advocate for my patients. For me, medical assisting is about more than providing clinical care—it’s about building meaningful relationships founded on trust, compassion, and understanding. I find it incredibly rewarding to support patients in achieving their health goals and feel honored to be a helping hand throughout their journey.

Born in the Philippines and a resident of Hawaii since 1995, I am a bilingual professional fluent in both Ilocano and Tagalog. My passion for education began as a Bible school teacher and continues today through my role as a dedicated homeschool parent.

Outside of my professional life, I have a lifelong love for both the culinary and creative arts. I enjoy cooking, baking, singing, dancing, and crocheting, and I cherish spending time with a good book whenever I can.
